A Spring Happy Birthday

This is a card I made last night and actually was thrilled with the outcome.  It was actually inspired by three different challenges at Christian Paper Crafts.  Thier color challenge, Pink-Yellow-White, Fun on Friday challenge, use a flower, and case artist challenge.  I love it when you can do three challenges with one card.  I was a little scared of the yellow and pink, but after I started it seemed to work.  I also used two techniques on this card.  Paper Piercing and Faux Suede (the flower).  I will show you a close up of the flower so you can see a little more of the suede look.  Thanks for looking and see below for the items used.

Stampin' Up! Item list:

Stamp Set: Happy Moments
Card Stock: Pretty in Pink, barely bannana, whisper white.
Punches: Round Scallop, square scallop, 1-1/4" square
Soft Subtles Brads
Beautiful Wings Embosslits Die
Paper Piercing Tool
Mat Pack

Don't forget with a $50 merchandise order, you can get a free item from our Sale-a-bration catalog.
