Scripture Challenge 2 - Word #24 Help

Happy Thanksgiving everyone!  I hope you have a wonderful day today.  There is so much that I am thankful for, but the one things that I am most thankful for is my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.  I am so blessed to be a part of His family.  And on this day, I want to thank Him for blessing me with a wonderful family whom will be coming to the house shortly.

When I thought about the word Help that Patter chose for Word #24, I thought first of the verse she used:  Psalm 121:1-2 “I lift up my eyes to the mountains—where does my help come from? My help comes from the LORD, the Maker of heaven and earth.”  You see, I know where my help comes from and I know without His power in my life, I could not be what I am today.

The reason I chose the two verses below is because I know in my weaknesses, I am made strong.  Isn't that something that our Lord can use us even in our weakest moments.  He can also use the very weakness that we have all the time and use it to His glory.  How amazing is that!

And, since He is able to help in my weakness, I am able to witness for Him.  But, in my witness I want to make sure that what I say is truth and comes from His word, which is why I used the verse from Acts 26:22.  He does give us help in everything we have to do.  And, I can be a witness of that.

Please see Patter's post on the word help here.  She is so talented at sharing from her heart what God has laid upon her heart.

My Digital Studio by Stampin' Up! was used to make this page.  Thanks so much for looking and hope you have a wonderful day with family and friends.  God bless!
