Hymn & Scripture Challenge # 6 - Savior Like a Shepherd Lead Us

Wow it is that time again for another Hymn and Scripture Challenge, and I was quick this time.  I just knew what I wanted to do once I saw the song and went to work last night and got it done.  What a wonderful song this is and such a blessing to us who are in the "fold" of God!  He is our Shepherd.

Here is a version of the song that I think you will like!  Patter has another one on her blog which is also very beautiful.  You may want to stop by and see her wonderful post and listen to the version she chose.

When I was doing my page I actually had another scripture picked out which was John 10:14, "I am the Good Shepherd; I know My sheep, and My sheep know Me."  That is so true, but then I remembered the verse that I chose in Revelations and thought that it went so well with the digital image that I also found on line with God holding His sheep and comforting Him.  I can say that when I need comfort, God is right there to give it to me.  I praise Him for that everyday!

My page is very simple but relays, I believe, how I feel about my Jesus!  Here is a closer view of the image and the verse!

I used My Digital Studio by Stampin' Up! for my page today!

Thanks for stopping by and hope you have a very blessed!

I am in LOVE with your page Jonia. I absolutely adore the anaology between the shepherd and sheep, us and Jesus. The scripture you used is one I've been looking for but couldn't find. It was given to me in a card when my nephew died. Very comforting. Thank you for linking this to Scripture Thursday. You are one of my blessings. ~ Abby
