LNS/TSSC Monday Challenges

Happy Monday Morning everyone and hope you had a fabulous weekend.  I had a great weekend and am still waiting on my Grandson to arrive, but it should not be long now. Due date is Saturday, but I think earlier this week.

This week Mary Jo has a wonderful sketch for us for our Lunchtime Monday Sketch and I combined it with our Late Night Stampers challenge  of Happy Birthday.  If you remember a couple of weeks ago I made another card with this stamp set and the same numbers.  Well not only do we have a friend who will be turning 63, my brother turns 63 March 3rd and we are so blessed to have had him for 63 years as he is down syndrome and was not suppose to have lived into his 30's per the medical doctor 63 years ago.  So each day we have him longer we feel truly blessed.  So that is the reason behind have two birthday cards with the same age on them.  Actually our friends birthday is March 1st, two days before my brothers.

Now here is a side view of this card.

All items used are Stampin Up!
Stamp Set: Memorable Moments
Card Stock: Very Vanilla, Midnight Muse
Designer Series Paper: Comfort Cafe
Top Note Die
Labels Collection Framelits
Midnight Muse stitched satin ribbon

Thanks for stopping by and have a wonderful week!

This is a great birthday card for a man. Nice looking without being too frilly. What a blessing to still have your brother! It just goes to show that while the medical profession knows a lot and does their best, they still are limited and in the end what happens is up to God.

Oh, what a great masculine card! It is great that your brother has defied the odds - hope you get to celebrate many more with him!
