I loved the sketch I saw at MDS Monday last week and finally got a chance to sit down and work on it. I decided to use some of the photos from my granddaughter's dance recital. Isn't she just the most beautiful little girl. Of course I am a little prejudice since a lot of people call her little Jonia. Anyway, this is the page I put together for the challenge and the other part of the challenge was to be monochromatic. So I just chose the colors closest to the color of her tutu! I love the outcome. Now I have to do at least two more pages as she also did a tap dance and a jazz. But for now, Page 1!
Of course it was all put together using My Digital Studio and the Pin Wheel Elements kit. Just seemed to work with this and to match the colors.
Thanks for looking and hope you have a wonderful evening!

Beautiful! The photos are just fabulous! Thanks for joining MDS Monday this week.
Blue was a great choice of color. The pictures pop off the blue paper! Thanks for joining us at MDS Monday!
Great page to celebrate talent. I love the little pinwheels in the corner - swirling around like the dancers.
I wish I was scrapbooking or using MDS when my daughter was dancing. I have 13 years of catching up to do - the unfortunate thing is my daughter wants her pages to be paper. Oh well!
Thanks for playing along with us at MDS Monday.
great page, and really nice pictures too!
This is wonderful! I love how you have matched the colours in the page to the tutu - fabulous idea :) Thanks for sharing with us at MDS Monday!
