LNS Challenge 221/TSSC261 Monday Lunch Time Sketch

Happy Monday Morning and welcome to this weeks challenge for the Late Night Stampers and for the TSSC Monday Lunch Time Sketch.  This week at LNS we are celebrating - yes whatever you would like to celebrate from graduation to birthday and anything in between.  And yes, again I combined the two challenges as this was another busy weekend, but a wonderful weekend as I had about 20 family members in town for my dear grandson's dedication.  What a blessing!

So, I decided to make my dear granddaughter a birthday card from the sketch to celebrate her birthday coming up in mid May.  She will be 10 - yes double digits and I can't believe I have a 10 year old granddaughter almost.  Anyway, she loves flowers so I thought this sketch was the perfect one for her birthday.  Here is the front of the card!

Here is a side view!

And now for the inside!

So now it is your turn to join us for this weeks celebration along with this weeks sketch from TSSC.  Can't wait to see all the wonderful creations this week.

Feeling Sentimental

I made two of these cards last night for the guys who will be graduating from Gateway Landing, a ministry of our church.  We are so proud of these guys and I had to make this card X 2 for each of them.  I do hope they like it as this will start a new beginning for them.  If you would like to see what I am talking about, you can go to our facebook page here or our website here.  It is a healing place for men with life controlling issues such as drug and alcohol addiction.  It has been wonderful to watch these guys weekly grow in the knowledge of God and be set free from the addictions they had.

Here is the side view of the card!

and the inside!  I thought this verse was perfect for them.

And, today I have taken off to set up for the first Gateway Landing banquet and graduation which is tomorrow night.  We have over 125 people attending so we are really excited about this.  So I need to get this posted and get busy.  Meeting the others at breakfast at 9:00 and then on to pick up the rental stuff and on to set up the fellowship hall.  That is leading into the table place names that I made for the center of each table.  Some have names on it, but if you purchased a table of 6 it just has the last name.  For privacy purpose, I just used the card I made for our table.

Aren't these just the cutest!  Just enough for everyone to know which table they are at.  So we have 21 tables and I made 21 of them using My Digital Studio for the name tag.  It was perfect and the name is on both sides so you can see it from either direction.

Thanks for stopping by today.  All items used are stampin' up! except scripture verse was Our Daily Bread designs and of course the binder clips. Enjoy your day.

LNS 215 Challenge / TSSC255 Sketch

Happy Monday Morning everyone!  Hope you are all doing well and ready to get busy this week on these two fabulous challenges.  This of course is my sample for this weeks challenge at Late Night Stampers which is "Goodbye Sale-a-bration."  This is the last week for SU's Sale-A-Bration, and then the Monday Lunch Time Sketch over at TSSC.  Fell in love with this sketch and just knew I had to combine the two challenges and use this Ferris Wheel.  I love it and I love the sentiment that goes along with the stamp set.  Black is also one of my favorite colors to put with white or vanilla and this time I chose to go with White.

Here is a side view of the card!

So now it is your turn to share your ideas with us.  You can find the Late Night Challenge Blog here and the TSSC255 sketch here.

LNS Challenge / TSSC254 Monday Lunch Time Sketch

Good Monday Morning and welcome to this weeks LNS Challenge along with this weeks TSSC Monday Lunch Time Sketch.  Again I decided to combine the two challenges as I did the card on Friday Night just to make sure it would be done.  I knew I had a busy weekend ahead and so glad I did.  The challenge for LNS this week was to go Masculine.  So I decided that I would use the stamp set called Clock Works.  I bought it specifically for a masculine card and have used it a few time.  It just works so well for masculine.  This is also a very CAS car as it is only one layer with just the center added.  And the sketch that Mary Jo had for us this week was just perfect for this stamp set.

Here is a close up of the center of the card!

You can see here more of the detail of the card and also more of the mistakes, right!!!

And another view of the side of the card!

Side views always show you the depth of the card when you have popped items up, like the clock and the birthday sentiment.

And yes I did the inside and used two different stamps there to get it to say what I wanted!

This is wonderful Designer Paper for a masculine card also.

All items used are Stampin' Up!
Stamp Sets: Clockworks, Happiest Birthday Wishes (inside), Feeling Sentimental (inside), Party This Way (front sentiment)
Card Stock: Midnight Muse, Crumb Cake, Very Vanilla
Designer Series paper: Comfort Cafe
Ink: Midnight Muse, Soft Suede
3/4" round punch
Scallop Trim Corner Punch
Soft Subtle brads
1/4" chocolate Chip grosgrain ribbon

Hope your Monday is blessed and a wonderful start to the week!

Guest Designer With Sunny Challenges

Hello everyone.  I am so excited to be a guest designer this week with Sunny Challenges & Creations.  It just make you feel so good about your work and I for one am very honored to be asked.  The challenge this week of course is a sketch, but they have a add on which is to use something from sale-a-bration.  So here is the sketch for this weeks challenge over at Sunny Challenges.

And, here is my sample with sale-a-bration stamp set, Feeling Sentimental.

I will also be adding this to SUO Challenge this week. And, our challenges at Late Night Stampers blog is using a sale-a-bration item also. So join us there.

LNS/TSSC Monday Challenge

Well here I am again with this weeks LateNightStamper's challenge combined with this weeks Monday Lunchtime Challenge.  Just seems like I have so much going on and the only way to get it all done is to combine things to make less work.  I do enjoy being on the DT of these two teams as it keeps me challenged to stamp.  And all of the girls on both teams are just fabulous!!!!  So the challenge at LNS this week was to use one of the Sale-a-bration items from Stampin' Up!  And of course I combined it with the sketch from Monday Lunchtime Sketch over at TSSC.  So here it is!

My sale-a-bration item for this was the cute bicycle from the stamp set called Feeling Sentimental. I am just loving that set and you will see more from it.
